Wicca court access. Currently, there are 261 circuit court judges in Wisconsin. This website (WCCA) provides access to certain public records of the Wisconsin circuit courts. WSCCA provides public access to the status of appeals filed with the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
